Description:
The project site is located in Tsqneti, Tbilisi, at 2 Vazha-Pshavela Street. The terrain slopes from south to north. The plot is bordered by a roadway to the north and east, while the remaining sides are adjacent to other land plots.

The project building is a single-family residential house.

Additionally, a new sports complex was established in the former “Tutarchala” cinema building. The adaptation of the cinema into a sports complex was carried out by the Municipal Development Fund under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, with financial support from the European Investment Bank, at a total cost of GEL 3.2 million.

Following the rehabilitation works, the sports complex includes a boxing ring, wrestling mat, fitness and arm-wrestling halls, a chess room, and billiards facilities. The complex also features fast-food and children’s 3D entertainment rooms, administrative and medical offices, a conference hall, locker rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, and dedicated rooms for coaches and cleaning staff. Electrical, heating, and ventilation systems were installed, along with sewage and a specialized biological treatment system. Prior to construction, the building’s load-bearing structures were reinforced.

The sports complex is fully accessible for people with disabilities. For the first time in Khobi, it provides a well-equipped environment for sports enthusiasts, including young people, to train and host competitions in various sports disciplines.
