The project envisions the construction of a four-story hotel building, a swimming pool, open parking areas, and 24 cottages.

The hotel building is located in the central part of the plot and consists of four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The underground floor houses technical spaces necessary for the hotel’s operation, while the ground level (+0.00) includes the lobby, restaurant, shared restrooms, and office areas. Floors 2, 3, and 4 are designated for hotel rooms.
