The proposed building is a private residential house with two above-ground floors. Its structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame, and the roof is flat. The exterior finishes include stone cladding and timber facades, with some areas plastered and painted. Doors and window openings will be fitted with double-glazed aluminum units.
