The rehabilitated building is located in the historic part of the city, near D. Aghmashenebeli Avenue, which was developed during the 19th century and served as one of Tbilisi’s main thoroughfares.

Kurdiani Street, formerly Alekseev Street, No. 9, is a recognized cultural heritage monument. The monument has survived to the present day almost in its original form.

The presented project envisages the rehabilitation and adaptation of the monument, with the building’s function being transformed into a hotel.
