The project envisions the construction of a seven-story hotel building, a separate swimming pool, and open parking areas. The hotel is located in the central part of the plot and comprises six above-ground floors and one underground floor.

The underground floor houses the technical spaces necessary for the hotel’s operation, while the ground level (+0.00) includes the lobby, restaurant, shared restrooms, and office areas. Floors 2 through 6 are designated for hotel rooms.
